I've been wording it to family as, I don't think it's the mark of the beast... But I do think that it's reasonable and accurate to say it's a big step towards it.
It's ridiculous! Nonsense. It's a Dem money-grab in disguise. More bureaucracy, more budget, more $$$!!! It's totally unnecessary, since EVERYONE WHO GETS A SHOT GETS PAPERWORK that is the SAME DAMN THING!!!!
