I'm not saying they should be tried as adults, but NO WAY IN HELL should these kids be able to fucking go home with mommy and daddy and complete 150 hours of community service, what the fuck is that!?!? They should be remanded to a halfway house under a strict regimen until they are adults, and then have to stay in custody for their young adult lives until they prove their worth to society.
