That's the table in question. It's a breakdown of arrests in 2019 in the US for various crimes separated by ethnicity of the perp. If you look at the column percent distribution and then compare it to the population of the demographic groups you might notice trends that a lot of people don't want you to notice. Namely that a 13% demographic is overrepresented on every single listed crime. At least on driving under the influence it's just 13% to 14% and that's similar for the other drinking offenses, but most of them are in the 20-40% range, and the more violent the offense the higher the % with murder and robbery going over 50% the total murders and robberies in the US.
