Social credit comes later after they get the China Virus garbage rolled out. They'll expand this crap to other areas of life little by little. I'm guessing it'll start with normal flu shots not this winter, but the next one (2022-2023). This upcoming winter will likely be exploited to drive home the "necessity" of having these to operate during illness season without "needing" to shut down again.
