The moment that rock was thrown that guy had the right to empty the fucking clip into them.

If the cop that held the gun like a faggot was being screamed at by a mob of retards and had a rock thrown at him there would have been 10 bodies on the floor and he would have walked away free and clear. Why are US citizens not treated the same?
