Could be but modern conventions require an uppercase letter and a number in addition to what's there. Also, those characters are close together so probably just some random presses of the keyboard.

It's a code from the 1970's bath house scene in SF. It meant that bath house had members who would ensure it wouldn't be raided by the police. By default these would become the spendy and trendy places where you could hook up with young men, no questions asked.

I witnessed the freight train of KX135's going to washington and asked my friend in the airforce if they really needed that much fuel? and he said they are carrying troops. But KC135's are only outfitted to carry about 75 soldiers. I asked why not use C17's which can carry nearly 300 ?

he replied "NEVER underestimate the inefficiency of the United States Government"
