Why do I feel as though "Oops" doesn't cover it?
Seize .. and Dismantle .. the Ever Given.
Sell off all its current cargo, and split those funds out to the other companies that can't sail through (or had to go the long way) due to their incompetence.
That'll cover their 'oops', and build higher diligence into future interests using the canal.
