Bezmanov said that turning to God was the only thing which could reverse demorlization, and I don't see why he's wrong. Any other false god is ruthless as man is, but the Father that Jesus came from is gracious and compassionate. He may yet make a mockery of his enemies, should we turn to him, and only to him, through repentance. I'm convinced of this. I don't believe there's anything that can stop God's hand in this, but I can pray that his hand be used to show mercy and uphold righteousness, for that's what he does. He takes no delight in the destruction of the wicked, but rather, that the wicked turn from their wicked ways. If we turn to him, he may yet save us from our destruction which we have wrought.
