It is the third branch, but other than that your comment reflects reality and the founders intent. The idea being that they should reflect justice rather than the will of the people. Unfortunately, this makes it highly corruptible. I know of no failsafe for such corruption when sufficiently implanted. I guess there is one.

The justice system sold out this country. They are the ones who allowed our illegitimate government to be installed.
Is the Justice Department a 4th branch of gummint that operates independently, without any input or control from American citizens?
