I really really hope that any parents with college-bound children here think twice before forking over $$$ for this indoctrination crap.
The woman who cuts my hair wanted to back to school for a Masters in Public Health. The last time I saw her I asked how her prereq math class was going. She said she dropped it. Why? The remote technology wasn't working, the material wasn't getting covered, etc, etc. She managed to get a full refund for the class. What class? College algebra. How much was it? $3300.
$3300 for a friggin' algebra class that you could probably teach yourself with Schaum's Outline. I hope I talked her down from the ledge. She doesn't need that degree for what she wants to do.
