There's only one way they're going to listen. You keep giving them your money, they'll keep spending it on illegals and arresting you for defending yourself. If 50% of the country just stopped giving the fed money...they will have a big problem on their hands.

You can ask your payroll to withold taxes and allow you to pay them yourself.
They will give you funny looks, but you CAN do it.
I believe this option is on the W4 they are legally required to abide by that you fill out your first day.
