This is a 12 year old boy who was abducted from the street in Miami at 2AM. There's more to the story here. Where are his parents/guardians? In other words, where are the people who collect the benefits and tax credits for pretending to take care of him? Does he have a pimp? There are more guilty people involved in this than the people directly involved in abducting/raping/shooting him.
