First off there’s the style of play the team uses, this will determine the success of a player. A lot of teams simplify their offense to use black players. This is true in soccer, basketball, and other sports.
Then there is the resources put into the players development. None of the players you see in that picture would be where they were if they weren’t given preferential treatment and nearly unlimited resources to develop from Europeans.
If Europeans would develop their own players And run an offense that catered to their abilities, that team will be entirely european
