But they’ll damn sure prosecute you for protecting your shit from these “low level criminals”.

Let’s be honest, there’s nothing to protect in Baltimore. Just leave it behind and get out while you can.

Or set up shop and run the drug game? I could be mayor in a year or so.

If voting mattered in this country, I’d say we need to pay more attention to the DAs that get voted into office. DAs apparently have tremendous leeway in deciding which crimes to focus on prosecuting. They can literally say “this law doesn’t matter, we won’t prosecute” and disguise it as “we don’t have the resources to prosecute everything”.

We have already dropped all of our Maryland clients, sorry folks, we are stopping this!

Virginia, Sth. Carolina and Georgia are on the watch list.

This is precisely the opposite way to get your city under control. The people that commit the petty crime also commit the bigger crimes. Arresting them for the little stuff reduces the big stuff.

Provided all citizens of Baltimore take it upon themselves to shit and piss all over the personal property of Marilyn Mosby, I see no problem with this. Cant prosecute for trespass, nor for the defecation. Turn her house into the literal shitpile it already is figuratively.

And if the AG is not going to do part of her job anymore, I hope her salary is cut by at least half. Or maybe you could fire her and get someone who WILL do the actual job.

Sooo the whole city is going to be The Wire’s New Amsterdam again?
