  1. The hold used by the officer was part of the training materials used to train officers.
  2. George Floyd was dead before they pulled him over, the hold had nothing to do with it. George Floyd was high on narcotics and in possession of narcotics (dropped on camera when placed on the ground).
  3. 3 other officers were in close proximity and did not see an issue.
