Well I do. He wasn't sick Friday, but then goes out to get tested Friday evening, and surprise I get screwed for the next 10 days, and then he's going to have his kid, so tap on an extra few weeks.. My boss came to me and said I needed to get tested. I said its going to cost 160.00 for the test, and I want a paid 10 day vacation regardless of the result. He says never mind, just socially distance. This is so stupid.

Well I work for a small privately owned business. It's one of those jobs where 4 people take the day off and you're working a skeleton crew. I mean, if you don't care about screwing over your coworkers they can, and will screw you back.
I work in a fortune 500 company and they just switch us out as needed. I rarely work with the same co-workers more than once every week or two.
I'm not here to tell anyone how to provide, it's obviously situational and I wasn't very specific.
