Derek Chauvin didn't kill the guy (the drugs and heart conditions did), but made it easy for people to think he did. He kept his knee on his neck (which didn't cause the death) for 8 minutes while the last 3 minutes the crowd screamed that he was limp and unresponsive. They didn't even check the guys pulse or get off his neck when he was clearly unresponsive. They didn't kill him, or try to kill him, but that knee on the neck method for a limp unresponsive dude is kinda a bad look. From the whole video it was clear he was going into some sort of shock and arrest from the fatal amounts of drugs in his system.
This shouldn't be the hill we die on.
