Right but don't doctors pronounce someone is dead after resuscitation efforts have ceased? Not when the victim actually died? According to those opening statements the paramedics drove Floyd down the block, away from the crowd, and immediately tried to resuscitate him, which to me, seems like he was dead already they just hadn't called it yet.
Also, yeah I've seen the phony medical examiner report, I don't believe a word of it over the official examiners report. Throwing a biased examiners report in the mix is only going to hurt their case.

To check breathing and pulse is 101 on how to tell if someone is dead. And I'm looking into it now because many people responding saying that he died in the hospital, but the paramedics started trying to resuscitate him immediately according to their story, which to me means he was dead already.
Idk how it's supposed to work, but maybe the doctor will give a time of death after resuscitation efforts have ceased, and not when he actually died which would have been way earlier.
