From when he called in the first EMS request to when the ambulance showed up. The transcripts from the cop/EMS had one of them say something like we went to the wrong place.
I don't have the transcripts anymore so I can't quote it but I remember reading it. Basically they could have gotten there quicker and then he would have loaded him onto the ambulance and taken his knee of sooner.
From my memory and reading the transcripts, the EMS apparently went to the wrong place going there. Thats why it took 9 minutes.

I am not talking about time to show up. When the ambulance was there Was no ambulance staff.
