I think one of the best precautions today is to space the vaccinations out. What I mean by that is not doing multiple shots in a day, booster shots need to be done on time.

My wife has been teaching autistic children for decades and all the families that had adverse reactions did so after having multiple shots in a day. Maybe not related, but I played it safe w my daughter 18 yrs ago and spaced them out as much as possible just in case.
