To my knowledge he wasn't charged, the incident is still being investigated. This man used proper escalation of force.

I agree that he was attacked by a mob and he has the right to defend himself. My point is, if you step out of your car, you fight, if you are not sure what are you going to do, just leave the scene.

You have a right to defend your property to. Not usually with lethal force, but you do not have to leave your car behind. From my knowledge they threw paint on the windshield making leaving with the car difficult.

Just call the cops and wait in the car, you can't fight alone against a mob. Unless some of them wants to enter, or they want to take one of your kids, then you shoot them till the cops come.

The cops were literally on the other side of the street watching this whole situation escalate. It was only after the man drew his gun did they intervene and they did so by detaining the guy who was defending himself.

To make sure I'm crystal clear let me reiterate: the cops watched Antifa pummel the man's car with debris and (possibly) paint and did absolutely nothing! It was only after the man defended himself did they step in.

The cops in Washington State are accomplices to Antifa

Lozito v NY, Town of Castle Rock v. Gonzales.

Cops have NO DUTY to protect you according to multiple supreme court cases.

I think you’re retarded. Have you not been paying attention for the last nine months?
