The credit expansion of the market due to high liquidity is a major issue. The governments willingness to do whatever they can in their power to make sure the market doesn’t take a downturn and correct downturns, ultimately has to lead into stagflation. Animal Spirits shouldn’t trust Biden and Janet Yellen with this task. They are on a spending spree and stimulus checks are very, very inflationary. Because the money is guaranteed to chase goods and services.

So what should I be doing with my 401k and savings I have in a money market account? How long until it becomes worthless?

You're kind of screwed with 401k. Here are some options:

Missing Option 5:

Reduce 401k investments immediately; use extra to pay down mortgage as fast as possible (when all else fails? A paid-off property, or a reverse mortgage on a nearly-paid-off-property - either one can keep you from becoming homeless). Use the rest of your spare cash (if you have any) to buy lots of silver, lots of ammo, lots of food/survival supplies, and some gold (silver will be way easier to spend should it all fall to barter, and is more incremental towards converting to NewBucks or whatever new currency comes about - but only do that as absolutely needed).
