Here is why: If for some reason the court case demonstrates that Dominion is possible at fault and it is likely that fraud in the election will be demonstrated as a part of the court case, the Courts will delay the cases indefinitely through the remainder of Biden's term.

So they began to seed very believable stories with some manufactured evidence. The Italy thing was one of them. I believe Mike is goodhearted, and that he believes he has good evidence, already. However, if discovery in the case has even begun by August, I will be deeply surprised.
He is not going to get summary judgment, if he is relying on evidence from voting machines and expert testimony. Very few judges have any kind of technical or statistical background. Most of them stopped taking math and science courses in high school. They will not comprehend most of what they read, even on the third run at it.
Given the (lack of) educational background of most judges, this case is going to be work. The other side will very predictably delay. They will merrily run up the costs. They will lie, deny discovery, etc., etc., etc. This will be the McDonald's Coffee Case, all over again.
It would be an enormous achievement if this case were to go to trial before Trump or Trump's protege is elected.
Also, watch Lindell's lawyers be attacked for representing him. Watch them be deplatformed, vilified. Watch leftists file SLAP suits and ethics complaints against them and their clients.
