Most of them stopped taking math and science courses in high school. They will not comprehend most of what they read, even on the third run at it.
Given the (lack of) educational background of most judges, this case is going to be work. The other side will very predictably delay. They will merrily run up the costs. They will lie, deny discovery, etc., etc., etc. This will be the McDonald's Coffee Case, all over again.
It would be an enormous achievement if this case were to go to trial before Trump or Trump's protege is elected.
