Most of Northwestern MN already considers themselves honorary North Dakotans. SD is great, but I dont want to drive that far to get to the capital, especially with the new per mile gas tax that idiot wants to charge.

SD born and raised, I agree with you about ND having a lot more in common with northern MN.
