Again, and for fuck's sake, I hope for the last time: averages are not determinative for individuals, race is not a determinative attribute for income, and income isn't a proxy for "outcome" (again, whatever the fuck "outcome" means); nor does race = culture, though you may find it prevalent among a particular race for reasons of historic, geographical exposure (e.g. lederhosen - not going to find a lot of black men in them (though you can find some); it's not because they're black).
