I doubt it becomes anything as drawn out as that. If they are going door to door executing anyone who resists and taking the guns, its going to come to a head in a matter of days. Either patriots will drag our leaders out and end them or patriots will be drug out and ended. Either way it would be clear within a few days whether there are enough patriots to threaten the head of the snake. If there are not, sabotaging the jackboots is just delaying the inevitable. You'd be better served fleeing the country and trying to settle somewhere that isn't yet a communist shithole.
