The precedent for gummint taking our freedoms was set last year.
Now every fucking thing that the gummint wants will be jackbooted through using "emergency powers". And 99% of the electeds that conservatives voted into office fell into the trap .. and that bipartisanship will be held up as justification for taking our freedoms.
And that’s why covid was the end of the constitution. We forced people into house arrest without due process, we seized their assets (businesses) without due process.
These things should never have happened in America if we actually followed the constitution, but they did happen.
Even if there were piles of bodies burning in the street the government has no right to close businesses.
