It's a show trial with a foregone conclusion. Radio news hosts are plainly stating that the cop killed Floyd. They are throwing him under the bus at every angle.
I'm going to differ from a lot of people on this site, and I'm going to say the cop did have some culpability. The amount of times he was straight up told that the guy wasn't breathing is what will do him in legally. We can all agree that Floyd may have died regardless, but the complete lack action to assess Floyd limp on the ground is the cops 1-way ticket to jail.
