Why not pay our employees partially in per diem? It’s tax free for them in some cases can be nearly double the salary itself and goes right into their pockets. Per diem is for overnight travel, not a replacement for wages. Why would I fuck around with tax gimmickries and get fucked in fines so you can ride away tax free?
