Went deep into a local~ish Indian Reservation over the weekend to buy a boat (about 3 hours from my home). If you want to prove to the younger generations or your kids why UBI would be a fucking disaster..... Take them to the local Indian Res and show them around.

The native peoples have been more surely destroyed by welfare then all the guns used against them or diseases they couldn't resist. The same can be said for the inner cities and much of Appalachia.

Not really. Alaska is fine, it didn’t kill their jobs or economy either. Drugs and forced assimilation destroyed the native tribes. How can a group of people who live off of buffalos and natural resources survive with a city 2 miles down the road lmao. It’s the cost of western advancement. We’re not to blame and they’re not to blame. Just the way things are but unfortunately they couldn’t assimilate.
