That's because the ultimate goal of anti-race theory is to implement socialism. Equity means the same outcome regardless of effort. So this book is training kids to expect a world where everyone has the same outcome in life.

Equality on the other hand is about equality of opportunities. Equality of opportunity will create massive wealth for the country. Equity of outcomes will turn us into a 3rd world country.

Equality of opportunity also creates competition, and competition drives innovation. Without it society would remain stagnant.
