This is nothing and a feel good bill. Noone cares about collegiate women's sports. If they wanted a real bill it would be targeted more towards kids and ensuring they couldn't be put on hormone blockers or even hormones. I feel like the reforms to women's college basketball will have to come from the NCAA who will reap the whirlwind once this shit boils over.
