  • Should have said most of this stuff months a ago, if not a year ago
  • Fuck the vaccines. Face diapers too.

he should have fired Fauci last year and re-opened the country tbh.

Fuck optics. Get people with real science to give correct information on what to do, not some quack who hasn't had a patient in over 30 years.

172
TrumpWonByALandslide 172 points ago +172 / -0

Agree. Fauci and Birx should have been gone within the first month. Trump couldn't have "opened the economy" nationwide, but he should have put pressure on states to do it.

You saw he recognized the bullshit when he decided to hire Atlas. Fauci's a conniving piece of shit. Birx is a fucking retard.

73
giantrabbit1 73 points ago +75 / -2

I would say out of the two Birx defended Trump much more though. I don't think Trump should've shit on her as much as Fauci since she actually tended to defend him sometimes on the news.

EDIT: this is the quote I'm talking about:

“He’s been so attentive to the scientific literature and the details and the data,” Birx said. “I think his ability to analyze and integrate data that comes out of his long history in business has really been a real benefit during these discussions about medical issues.”

~ Dr. Birx

71
TrumpWonByALandslide 71 points ago +71 / -0

I sort of agree. I thought Trump's criticism of Birx was well done, but he definitely needed to go after Fauci more. I did like that he snuck in the connection to the Wuhan lab, though.

Whenever Trump used to say he "got along with Fauci", I wanted to puke.

DonJr2032 8 points ago +8 / -0

We all saw that Fauci was a fraud at the beginning of this crap last year. We all wanted Fauci fired. Trump kept him on for one obvious reason that we could all see plain as day: OPTICS. He was too concerned with how the left/media would portray the firing. They would run 24/7 campaigns like it was the end of the world that Trump is literally killing people with this decision. Trump was being too much of a nice guy. They already do this anyway, so might as well give them something real to whine about.

The entire covid agenda (lockdowns, voter fraud, socialism) could’ve been stopped by this one man. But instead he left fauci in power, pushed for a rushed vaccine, and let the voter fraud stand without declaring martial law. At this point I don’t know what if anything he’d be willing to actually do.

58
Iranhasnukes 58 points ago +58 / -0

You need to consider how weak the office of the president really is - go read Eisenhower’s departure speech in 1961. It will explain how it works.

Trump was powerless

42
BigHandsome91 42 points ago +43 / -1

No one seems to understand this. They somehow think the President has ultimate powers. In some ways, DJT has more power out of office without conflicts of interest. We as all know the power of corporations after this last year. Time he unleashed his.

32
Sumarongi 32 points ago +35 / -3

At the same time, Trump had powers that he didn’t use.

The pardons sucked ass. But I heard that's because Jared auctioned the pardons off to the highest bidder and gave Trump a list.

U/halcyondream Agree with these sentiments to the fullest.

-6
TheBasedFaggot -6 points ago +1 / -7

Yes he had to throw the capitol protestors under the bus because he had nothing to gain by supporting them.

The establishment has control over all communication, media, law enforcement, military, intelligence, etc... everything.

Literally anything he does could only hurt him, or at best do nothing, when the enemy controls the entire narrative.

13
Throwingway22 13 points ago +17 / -4

Trump had the power to fire Fauci. That's just a fact.

8
giantrabbit1 8 points ago +16 / -8

No he didn't. There are laws which make bureaucrats like Fauci almost immune from being fired. That's why he's been around since the Reagan administration.

5
LadyPedette 5 points ago +5 / -0

Ike's farewell speech is a must read. Very eloquently worded.

3
Worldtraveler0405 3 points ago +3 / -0

It showed with Bush following 9/11 and being forced into Iraq by the Military Industrial Complex and big US Corporations .... or commit a coup. Then, Obama was also forced to bail out the corrupt banks because Citi Group got him there in the first place according to Wiki.

Also, there was an Act in 1871 which created the Corporate United States of America as well. Trump is still OUR President of the REPUBLIC and sitting in Mar-A-Lago which was the original summer's retreat for Presidencies.

29
giantrabbit1 29 points ago +29 / -0

martial law with what army? military refused to follow DJT's IA orders in june and said they would drag his ass out of office if he invoked IA on election fraud.

43
mojorisen 43 points ago +44 / -1

This + a million. I hear so many people say " Trump should have fired this person" or "Trump should have sent the military in" etc, etc.

They don't realize that the whole of the government, media, military, both parties and many of his staff were actively working to hurt, embarrass, impair and destroy President Trump. Trump gave many orders that were outright ignored or refused. Trump never stood a chance.

It is amazing that he was as successful as he was with everyone out to hurt him. It was however a fucking miracle that he and his family are still alive.

6

NinjaGuyDan777 7 points ago +9 / -2

The martial law thing I’ll just assume I don’t know the details as to why he didn’t declare it. But as far as fauci, the vaccine and all the covid nonsense, there was nothing stopping him from replacing fauci with an actual doctor, and nothing stopping him from setting up S.W.A.T. teams at the battleground polling locations to keep watch overnight. The voter fraud could’ve easily been stopped. It was carried out by slimy amoeba people. Trump and his supporters could’ve easily crushed them.

4
tom_machine 4 points ago +4 / -0

Elections are spelled out in the constitution to be controlled by the states. The President would not be able to do such a thing as what you are describing on election night.

5
ShanghaiJoe 5 points ago +6 / -1

The U.S. population is the largest armed force on the planet, many of which are prior service, extremely patriotic, and were mostly loyal to Trump at the time. Look how many he had come to the capitol unarmed ready to do whatever he said. He could have told everyone show up armed and ready to hang treasonous commies and half the military with twice the numbers of civilians would have showed up and got real work done. They used to hang traitors to the country, now we just hide in our house and stubbornly do what they say. All he had to do was give the orders and shit woulda got messy as fucken hell, but it would be a thousand times better than this slow road to disarmament and communism we are on now.

1
America1stAndOnly 1 point ago +1 / -0

Dude, it's been nearly 3 months and the Supreme Court doesn't give a shit. Not a single state has overturned their corrupt results and any re-counts you see talked about will be done solely so the left can point to them and say "See! The election was totally secure!" Yeah, I'd love for a miracle comeback that sees the traitors arrested, justice served, and I'd gladly eat my words about Trump, but I am not going to turn into one of those deranged denialists who kept saying that Trump was going to be arrested any day now. The left said that shit for over 4 fucking years. I'm not gonna be like those psychopaths.

And yes, I know the election was stolen. I watched it happen live. I'm not trusting Sessions. I'm not trusting Barr. I'm not trusting Kavanaugh or Barret. I'm not trusting Pence. I'm not trusting the plan for just 2 more weeks Q and I'm not buying into the theory that the military is in control, which by the way, would actually be the worst case scenario and I'm convinced that only people who have never served would say that as if it's a good thing.

Things are back to the "normal" of 5 years ago, except worse in every conceivable way and most people seem to have forgotten just how awful "normal" was, but at least the liars on the news aren't saying mean things now! FUCK! Shit sucks and I will not engage with any more of this blind false hope bullshit!

I'm the person who was saying this months ago.

https://patriots.win/p/11QlYR01zw/from-the-art-of-the-deal-a-remin/c/

And I've had to swallow my pride because I was clearly wrong about that. I was also in DC on the 6th. He told us where to march to and then he didn't march with us.

So let's get something straight, right here, right now. I've never been at this party for Trump. I've been here for America and the ideals that it was founded upon. When Trump supported fighting for them and for me, I supported him. When he stop doing that, I stopped supporting him. So yeah, I'm not going to go around engaging in the idol worship and pretending that his reality television was any better than any of the other shitty reality television out there. Being upset with him also doesn't mean that I support the fraud in chief biden, his whore of babylon vice fraud Kamal on her knees Harris, or Mike 30 pieces of silver Pence. I just recognize that Trump isn't going to save this country. It's easy for him to bail with his billions of dollars and still live life on easy street. There's a whole bunch of us who aren't that lucky.

True, while he was in office. As soon as he was out she was acting like everything he did was a mess, which her and Fauci were advising him to do at the time. Still have no idea why Trump didn't fire them on the spot, something going on there we dont know about for sure.

Birx came out about a month ago saying Trump ignored the "experts" and often had data that no one knew gave him. She was alluding to him being a stupid meat heat with ulterior motives.

6
giantrabbit1 6 points ago +6 / -0

She cucked definitely, but you'd never catch Fauci saying something like this in a million years:

“He’s been so attentive to the scientific literature and the details and the data,” Birx said. “I think his ability to analyze and integrate data that comes out of his long history in business has really been a real benefit during these discussions about medical issues.”

6

27
HockeyMom4Trump 27 points ago +27 / -0

I bet this whole year would have gone much better had they just used the HCQ cocktail of meds, which India sells OTC for a few bucks.

24
_Sully_ 24 points ago +24 / -0

The would not have done that because then they couldn't give the vaccine. The condition for emergency use authorization is that there is no other medical treatment. That's why they shat on every alternative that wasn't "wait for the vaccine". It was a dual narrative. Maybe there were people that knew this and thought the vaccine would be a better solution that got held back due to that rule but more than likely it was a disinformation campaign paid for by pharmaceutical companies. I'm inclined to believe the latter because how obvious the shilling on the "news" is towards Pfizer and Moderna.

9
CuomoisaMassMurderer 9 points ago +11 / -2

4
CuomoisaMassMurderer 4 points ago +4 / -0

Between impeachment attempts and assassination attempts, he decided to yield on HCQ and go for a vaccine. Normally a vaccine would be a great idea.

19
Captain-D 19 points ago +19 / -0

He rolled the dice on white suburb Karens and lost. That's the truth (outside of the steal) He wanted to win over the suburb moms and didn't realize white Karens are enemy #1 -- lost to us -- and the mom demo like me in the suburbs is low key as a survival tactic. He got bad polling advice. I am the PTA, the school board if I want; his camp misread that aspect and now we're here, locally (he won nationally of course).

7
20MagnusKonrad20 7 points ago +7 / -0

This is a truthful, if not unfortunate take.

6
FOUR_MORE_TERMS 6 points ago +6 / -0

Those white "Karens" aren't enemy #1. Suburban white moms still voted for Trump at a rate much higher than black women. Black women are 96% against Trump. And black men, what, 83%?

1
Super_Comfortable 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah, but you don’t want to rely on blacks for anything.

18
Sting 18 points ago +19 / -1

Yes he could have. It was unconstitutional to “close” the economy. Those governors and mayors and city councils should’ve been arrested. They violated the Constitution, shredded the constitutional rights of their constituents. That’s illegal and they should’ve been arrested.

7
TrumpWonByALandslide 7 points ago +7 / -0

I don't disagree that it's unconstitutional, and I agree that they should have been arrested. That doesn't give the President the constitutional authority to do anything in this scenario, though.

3
krzyzowiec 3 points ago +3 / -0

What people seem to miss is that you would need someone to execute the arrest. And anyone who attempted it would be stalled, then ganged up on and relentlessly attacked, the way Trump is.

You see how they are still going after him and everyone associated with him, looking for potential tax violations or whatever? The reality is that almost all of the federal and state governments are totally captured by corrupt and cowardly people. Trump can goad them into doing the right thing, but he can't make them do it.

3
krzyzowiec 3 points ago +3 / -0

Oh they violated the Constitution huh? Why didn't the military arrest them then? Every service member swears to uphold it, don't they? Do they need Trump's authorization to do their sworn duty?

10
Flightgirl1 10 points ago +10 / -0

He could have lifted his emergency orders which gave the governors the power to act like tyrants. Without the lockdowns there would have been no need for the mass mail in voting. Trump would have kept his victory because they needed the ability to commit massive election fraud. Far more widespread than their usual antics.

53
JustHereForTheSalmon 53 points ago +53 / -0

Any professional can get it wrong sometimes.

But there's a limit to this.

Nowhere but in the public sector can someone like fucking Fauci get it so wrong so many times and STILL have a job making $400K+ a year.

28

No way Fauci only makes 400k this clown is a multi millionaire easily makes millions off pharma relationships and sits on board of several international organizations.

39
Sting 39 points ago +45 / -6

Ahhh, election optics.

The same excuse we were given for why it was perfectly fine not to crush riots.

I’m still furious at the people who absolutely refused to hear any criticism of an otherwise good president. It’s astonishing to think of the damage done.

I want to go back and find each and every single one of the people who convinced millions not to worry about the lack of arrests in Spygate and Obamagate and how justice was right around the corner and I was a communist shill if I didn’t see it.

I hate them.

Fauci closed every baseball park in the country with his shit policy demands, then sits and enjoys a game without a mask on after throwing out the first pitch.

I lost a lot of respect for Trump when Fauci wasn’t nuked immediately when that photo hit the wire.

Unacceptable.

And every single motherfucker that told me it was perfectly fine, and every cunt bag who told me the election was safe, needs to be dragged out into the street.

2020 Trump was not the same as 2016-2019 Trump. I loved that guy. Don't much care for 2020 Trump though.

8
Cyer6 8 points ago +12 / -4

That's it for me. I loved what he stood for... America First. He took that a long way with trade agreements, fighting China, holding NATO financially responsible, the border wall and getting Mexico to help with the migrant hoards. But 2020 was a complete shit show of bad decisions based on optics. If he would've held firm and stayed the Trump of 2015 and 2016, we would not be where we are now. I think he would've gotten even more votes if we had 2016 Trump in 2020.

3
CuomoisaMassMurderer 3 points ago +4 / -1

You're just swallowing MSM propaganda. Snap out of it!

10
RegularAmerican 10 points ago +10 / -0

I still like Trump. He's a hundred times better than any other of these douchebag career politicians. Should he have put cup a dirtier fight? Perhaps. But then so many people would still be blaming everything on him. And it wouldnt be apparent to so many now that the democrats are straight demonic pedophile vampires.

1
America1stAndOnly 1 point ago +1 / -0

Well, maybe. End of the day, the election was stolen and the optics ended up not mattering one bit. We're even back to morons pushing for gun control when the race riots of last year happened. We've passed the 1 year anniversary of 2 weeks to flatten the curve.

I have been an America 1st person my entire life. So when Trump came along in 2015, gunning for President, I supported him because he was supporting me. I was ridiculed and outcast by most of my family because I dared to stand up for him while the media filled their head with lies. Yet now that Trump has decided he's done supporting me I'm still supposed to support him? No. It doesn't work that way.

I'm in this for the country. For America and I don't even know why I still care at this point. It's not like the ideals I cared so much for even exist in it anymore as witnessed by half the people here still caring more about Trump than America itself.

0
SiBear117 0 points ago +1 / -1

4
anon1011101 4 points ago +4 / -0

It's partly this and also partly the fact that Trump is a businessman at the end of the day, and a good guy. He doesn't want to see people get hurt. He was getting fed all kinds of contradictory information when the COVID psyop began and unfortunately went along with it. What he should have done was just plainly state to the American people that this was a mild respiratory illness, stop whining, and get back to work. He let bad faith actors control too much of the messaging, I think out of genuine concern at first. Then he lost control of the narrative.

2
SiBear117 2 points ago +2 / -0

Which included Pence because up until his overt betrayal, most supporters including on this site, believed in Pence.

2
tom_machine 2 points ago +2 / -0

People complaining about election optics are ignoring the economic ramifications of optics during a pandemic. It would not be good for the nation’s economic health to be cutting off the heads of all the top health officials during the middle of a pandemic.

Yes, they gave a lot of bad advice and did a lot of stupid shit. Ultimately Trump kept us out of many calamities. This pandemic was a total fucking shitstorm of an attack waged by the CCP and globalists interests... The man was being attacked on all sides, with traitors all around. I doubt any of you would have navigated better!

4
anon1011101 4 points ago +4 / -0

He was the best guy we could have hoped for, at the time. Imagine having a POTUS like Hillary who would be totally in on the scam, locking us down mercilessly. At least Trump tried to assess all the contradictory information he was getting and make rational decisions. COVID was supposed to be a pretext to throw all our rights away, permanently. They almost succeeded.

2
FOUR_MORE_TERMS 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yep. Good example of Fauci at the baseball game. If the roles were reversed and Fauci was a conservative under a Democrat president, the Dems would've used that to force him to step down. Trump had the most powerful Twitter account in the world. He should've gone off on him. And not some stupid fucking quip - "hope Fauci enjoyed the game!!" No, something like "while millions of Americans lost their jobs due to unconstitutional lockdowns...etc."

Trump was just too scared to fight against the bullshit narrative they were gonna use against him. "Every covid death is on his hands." He stood up against the covid nonsense for about a month, and I thought he was gonna have our back. Then he said wearing a mask can be patriotic and gave billions to Big Pharma to fast track an experimental vaccine. Disappointing to say the least.

1
anon1011101 1 point ago +1 / -0

One of Trump's faults (not necessarily a fault) but he's a good guy and doesn't like seeing people get hurt. When COVID was initially blown out of proportion I think he got suckered into it and played along until it was too late. He should have made a statement early that this was a mild respiratory illness and everyone can continue living their lives as normal.

No. He goddamn fucking did not navigate that well.

There was only one response to liars trying to destroy our nation and that was to fight back and resist, not cave-in and compromise. Our. Republic. Is. Dead. They were able to use this as a cover to steal the fucking election. No, he did not navigate it really well.

"We have the Senate..." You must be a troll to say such nonsense like this.

2

Yes, enough of the RINOs in the senate absolutely would. Where have you been? They just needed an excuse.

14
HeIsVigo 14 points ago +18 / -4

Well I'm sure you could do better. I'm sure your local community is a shining city on a hill and if we just followed you, imploring everyone and insulting everyone, we would be hunky dory. Because you fought back and resisted not just these past 4 years but the past 40 as our Republic was chipped away. Go ahead slugger and step up and right the ship if you've got the answers. Trump was flawed but in my near 40 years nobody else who gave a damn has done as much as him. So yeah warts and all I'll stand with him and not some tough talking nobody on the internet.

0
FOUR_MORE_TERMS 0 points ago +2 / -2

It isn't a question of whether he could do better. It's a question of how Trump did when in that position. And everything he said is true. It's 90 degrees in March a year later and you have masses of zombies wearing masks even in deep red states. Small businesses are destroyed and Amazon is flying high. Yeah, we totally owned the libs!

Underrated comment.

Trump folded under the pressure and didn't follow his instincts.

HockeyMom4Trump 12 points ago +12 / -0

Hindsight is 20/20

Remember when the virus first came on the scene we were told millions would die, it was deadly, Trump lost a friend with Covid...it is easy to judge now, and good points are being made, but it is easy to Monday morning quarterback, while Trump was in the middle of it all and trying to make sound decisions on the information he was being given by people who were considered experts in their fields.

15
The_Litehaus_Abides 15 points ago +15 / -0

Also this: Everyone seems to be forgetting that he put Mike Pence in charge of the task force. He also put Pence in charge of Space Force. He may have expected loyalty -- I sure would have.

All that time, Pence was acting the part of a loyal VP only to betray President Trump and our country when it counted the most.

In my opinion, Pence is the worst snake traitor in all of America's history. Even Benedict Arnold had the decency to leave the country.

People like me said in great detail, point by point, exactly what was going to happen. This isn’t hindsight. Many of us were furious at the time and a lot of us actually got banned from this community for pointing out exactly what ended up happening.

The mistakes that were made were egregious and obvious to millions of people. But they weren’t allowed to criticize, they weren’t allowed to stop TEh 24/7 RaLLy draGON EnErrGy MEME PEPE KEK!!!!!!!!! spIcY tWEEt!!!!! fucking bullshit for five minutes to have a real conversation.

Those motherfuckers - you want your fucking rally? Go have it. Thanks for the help faggots. Thanks for sitting there and taking it up the ass while the rest of us were trying to stop the ship before it hit the iceberg.

Thanks for convincing millions of Trump voters it was perfectly fine to allow these governors to rape their own citizens and not pay for it, not be arrested, and for there to be absolutely no fight back from the executive branch.

Those dumb motherfuckers screamed about states rights because I didn’t want to criticize the president, the state doesn’t have a right to violate the Constitution, state don’t have the right to take away the constitutional rights of their own citizens you dumb motherfuckers. Keep making excuses, well, I guess it’s too late now, you made excuses until he’s no longer even in office. Thanks for that, too. Heaven forbid we try to pressure him into securing a fucking election instead of waiting to the last minute and then hiring the dumbest lawyers on Earth to do a horrible job.

Thanks you motherfuckers. You sat there and watched our republic die, you motherfuckers, and I hope each and every one of you gets hauled away when the time comes. I won’t help you.

Sumarongi 7 points ago +9 / -2

Dude, everybody on here hated on Fauci, Birx and Redfield. They knew they were scum after the 1st presser. Trump got a lot of slack because it was supposed to be a part of ‘draining the swamp’. Maybe everybody got too caught up in that heuristic, as it was supposed to ‘awaken the masses’.

But we won the election hugely and these fuckers were supposed to get the comeuppance at the beginning of the second term. But it didn’t happen that way, because they stole it.

Trump either failed, or was in on it somehow.

5
LowKeyPede 5 points ago +5 / -0

Agree. I think Fauci had the vax ready to go and downplayed it. He was in on it IMO. Why else advocate FOR travel with China? Why else downplay the threat when he was funding gain of function research at the Wuhan lab...he knew what an accidental or purposeful release would do and he fucking enabled the spread. And surprise! We actually CAN do a vaccine in less than a year--who knew??? Fauci knew...he set it up with the CCP, imo.

People fail to realize that the majority of Trump supporters are normies who are somewhat easily swayed too, just like a lot of Biden normies. I know hardcore Trump supporters who are enthusiastic about the vaccine. They still watch the news, even though they complain about it every night. Not everyone is like us here, posting and commenting on the intricacies of every political maneuver.

President Trump understood that some decisions will upset US, his strong supporters who will vote for him through broken glass, but appease the "on the fence" types into voting for him. In politics, winning is everything. It worked too; President Trump got like 10 million more votes this time around, but we all know what happened anyway.

5
itswood 5 points ago +5 / -0

As to how anyone who supports Trump could watch the news every night is completely beyond me

2
Tellman125 2 points ago +2 / -0

About how many people do you think went from voting from Trump in 2016 to voting for Biden in 2020? I don't believe it's even more than a few thousand at most. I don't see how anyone could make that big of change in their views; in 2015 and '16, his words and actions were the subject of intense frenzied attention all across TV and the Internet and print media every single day.

As for Trump's relation to vaccines, I don't think he could be described as having been anti-vaccine as president or now. He made a few comments before the 2016 election about giant needles, and said in an interview a few months ago that he never got a flu vaccine before becoming president, but that's nothing like the staunch absolute anti-covid-vaccine stance expressed in top posts on here every day. In fact, it's in the 2nd top post of the past 7 days:

https://patriots.win/p/12i3uaJpjR/under-no-circumstance-will-i-eve/c/

https://patriots.win/top

Wikipedia doesn't even name him in the entire intro of this article, but he has repeatedly said that he's the one who led the effort and made it a success:

26
BlaineBug 26 points ago +27 / -1

I've said a few times now he could have walked out into the crowd of any MAGA rally ever held and picked out a cabinet full of people who would have been the most loyal and hard working to ever exist in politics.

3
SiBear117 3 points ago +3 / -0

You can only be Acting for a certain time period. Schumer did his part to drag out confirmations as long as possible then if the person was able to hang in there that long, they still had to go through the final confirmation and that meant navigating the multiple RINOs.

Rick Grennell is a perfect example of over a year to confirm him as the German ambassador.

"You realize for Trump to serve a second term, he has to win 2020. Right? Right...?" Yeah no shit retard. Wait, wait a minute. We're talking about Trump hiring people. Last time I checked, those kind of things doesn't require an electoral process of some kind. Or did your smugness faggot attitude got so up your ass you forgot which topic are we talking about?

Anways, I'll give your out-of-topic response a chance. We already have the base which is the Trump base. In the current political climate, people are going towards both ends of the spectrum and there's barely any moderates anymore. It's literally "us" versus "them" nowadays. Also, that is assuming that we are still living in a democratic political society. That isn't the case anymore.

You're telling me that if Trump supporters were to choose between someone who's from the blood of this country and an outsider of D.C. and someone who's going to sell their country and infringe on their rights all while being wealthy doing so, they would have a hard time deciding who to vote for?

How easy do you think it is to appoint people when they all have to be approved by the swamp?

1
Colonel_Chestbridge 1 point ago +1 / -0

Who did he choose before Wray and Barr that were rejected?

1
krzyzowiec 1 point ago +1 / -0

Nobody. They were accepted because they were swamp approved. Do you understand what I'm saying yet? The only people that could pass the senate test are those people that would not implement the MAGA agenda. So how is he supposed to replace the bad actors?

1
Colonel_Chestbridge 1 point ago +1 / -0

Maybe he won’t be successful. But he needs to at least try rather than let them continue running the show. Like I said, an empty position would be better than what we got.

1
krzyzowiec 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think he was unprepared in the sense that he didn't know just how corrupt it was. I didn't know the extent of it myself. I mean it's the military, the courts, the police, mayors, governors, etc. Everyone is in on it.

The reason he didn't attempt to arrest anyone is that imo, no one would prosecute. It would be an "emperor has no clothes" situation. The media would then begin to circulate the idea that Trump has gone mad with power and that people around him are highly concerned about how unstable he is...

The only leverage he had, if you can even call it leverage, is the sheer number of supporters who love him. He called everyone on Jan 6th as an attempt to persuade lawmakers that it's better to go along with him than against him, but obviously that was weaponized against him by the media and used to demonstrate how he was unfit for office. Even people on here parrot the narrative that Jan 6th was violent. I just had a guy tell me that Cruz was right to call it violent because "violence happened there", even though it was a handful of people relative to the thousands of patriots who showed up. That's the reach the media has.

The way I see it, it's basically a no-win situation until you can get MAGA people into critical positions like the senate, judiciary, governorships, etc. His administration was doomed from the start since he was forced to allow people who were against him into his inner circle to watch over him. People like to comment "why didn't he replace everyone like Obama?" but Obama had the approval of the cabal, he was their pick. It's not like Obama personally selected his cabinet. They were chosen for him by the same people who put him into office.

There are too many corrupt interests and people willing to sell their souls for a few bucks, and not enough people who are interested in holding them accountable, especially not people in a position of power to be able to do so. I think it will take a cultural shift and move back towards some kind of morality before we can do anything about the government.

The temptation of wealth and power is too great for most people, which is why we have come to this point. I don't disagree with you about what should happen, I just don't think there is a quick solution here. It will take generations to fix.

Ok Monday Morning QB.

He did try to replace them, you idiot. There is literally a phone call of Trump trying to replace Fauci but saying he can’t possibly do it because of the blowback and the election.

You mean the election he lost? So he was more worried about appeasing rabid leftists than doing the right thing?

2
krzyzowiec 2 points ago +2 / -0

Agreed. People here seem to be growing bitter and delusional. It’s easy to look back and judge, but people don’t seem to remember how much hell he went through just trying to nominate people, much less get them confirmed.

Even in cases where he did get people in, it took months or years. And all of those people were already vetted by the Senate, aka the swamp.

People here who think they would have done a better job really do not see how corrupt the whole system is yet.

2
YourOwnGreatGrandma 2 points ago +2 / -0

These idiots can barely hold a 9-5 minimum wage job and love to tell the president what he did wrong.

0
Colonel_Chestbridge 0 points ago +5 / -5

Nice argument, dipshit. Going to shit because not everyone blindly worships trump? He made a lot of mistakes dude. A lot of them because he was more concerned with optics than doing what was right. Just look at who is sitting in the White House right now if you want an example of those mistakes.

Yeah it's disgusting how hard it is (if even possible) to fire a federal employee. Their pensions and benefits are way too much too

2
Cyer6 2 points ago +3 / -1

He didn't need to fire FauXi or Berks. It was HIS covid task force and he could've staffed it with anyone he chose. Late in the game, they actually did bring some based people on-board but by then, it was too late and the damage was done.

9
Aambrick 9 points ago +9 / -0

A family member of mine worked in government. Had employees that laid about. Had to record every interaction and action, and still took around a couple of weeks for union reps to get in and look at the full record. Those employees got transferred. One did good, but the other got fired after 3 months.

Essentially, everything has to be recorded and go through hoops. Unions in government is a big part of that problem(most of them anyways since a extremely small one might[I use this very reservedly here] be okay).

The other part is its completely backwards from the private sector.

3
Sting 3 points ago +12 / -9

It was hard to do? His hands were tied? The alternative is watching the republic die. Holy fucking shit. No, enough excuses. It’s incompetence. On the night of the election the Democrats might as well have broadcasted the exact precincts and the exact counties and the exact polling places were they were about to steal the election.

In fact, they pretty much did!

No. I’m tired of hearing about how hard it was. Because there are way too many issues that apparently were “too hard“ for him to handle. We are allowed to recognize patterns. We couldn’t even arrest low level employees who were caught red-handed trying to frame a president for purposes of impeachment. We caught them red-handed, the proof is in their own hand written notes, and they completely got away with it. No. No excuses. No.

I’m grateful for some of the things he did, but at this point he needs to go away. He got the ball rolling we need someone better after this. Putting him back in in 2024 makes no sense. None.

Last part REALLY bothered me:

Finally, Dr. Birx says she can't hear very well, but I can. There was no "very difficult" phone call, other than Dr. Birx's policies that would have led us directly into a COVID caused depression. She was a very negative voice who didn't have the right answers. Time has proven me correct. I only kept Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx on because they worked for the U.S. government for so long—they are like a bad habit!

So that accounts for Wray, Barr, Haspel, and many others.

Because they had worked for the government for so long.
Because they were part of the long term problem.... I felt I needed to be nice and keep them.

What a god awful reason. Holy goddamn.

32
nickybops 32 points ago +34 / -2

I hope to fuck he is realizing what he's done by not firing these faggot traitors at the same time.

16
giantrabbit1 16 points ago +18 / -2

He couldn't just directly fire Fauci since there are laws which protect bureaucrats from being fired like political appointees can be. It's subject to Congressional approval I believe.

The "Schedule F" executive order was supposed to change some aspects of that, but it only went into activation on Jan 19, 2021 (the second to last day of his presidency). Biden repealed it on Day 1.

16
Toughsky_Shitsky 16 points ago +22 / -6

Weird. I voted for Trump to get rid of all those bureaucrats precisely because they had worked for the gummint for so many fucking years .. and I thought that firing pukes like this is what Trump meant when he rain in 2016 on a platform of draining the swamp.

Feeling pretty conned, if I'm honest.

12
NoFucks2Give 12 points ago +14 / -2

Spin: “They are like a bad habit.” Instead of personal responsibility: “I have a bad habit.”

He really wants to follow it up with a “You understand.”

No....we don’t. We were led to believe he relished firing Problems, and that he was NOT a softie with overriding feelz as the determinant in decision-making.

So yeah, “conned” feels not too far off the mark, unfortunately.

6
giantrabbit1 6 points ago +9 / -3

You can't fire bureaucrats like that. There's a lengthy process that takes months if not years and is subject to Congressional approval. There are laws that make most bureaucrats immune from being fired by the POTUS like political appointees can be.

That's why the deep state is so...well...deep.

5
lovemylibs 5 points ago +5 / -0

15
tashnag_01 15 points ago +20 / -5

Yep.

If Trump was a contestant on his own show, he would've been fired. The manager/team leader is 90% at fault when the team loses.

Our team lost (from cheating) but Trump is to blame. At the end of the day, covid killed his presidency and now we are all going to suffer.

14
FinishTheBorderWall 14 points ago +16 / -2

He predicted the steal many months in advance. He had loads of time to set multiple traps to catch it. He did nothing. I find it hard to believe, but he really blew it. I still wish him the best for 2024, but he needs to stop caring what the worthless Congress politicians think about him.

12
tashnag_01 12 points ago +13 / -1

Exactly! I love the guy. One of the greatest (if not THE greatest) presidents we've ever had, but he let his guards down with this covid crap.

I don't think there will be a 2024. They got away with stealing 2020.

3
krzyzowiec 3 points ago +3 / -0

Let’s say he did catch it. Many people brought forth evidence of fraud in the individual states. What then?

Who will put those people in prison? The courts? Congress? The military? The police? The FBI? Are you seeing a pattern yet?

3
FOUR_MORE_TERMS 3 points ago +4 / -1

I really assumed he had something planned. It was hard not to. When the President says "they are going to use mail in voting to try to steal the election", you just kinda assume he was gonna do something about it. But I guess it's really my fault, according to some here.

Vaccine Passports have been planned since 2018 and guess when they said they wanted them implemented by? That's right 2021. This whole "pandemic" has been manipulated for that end goal.

I'll find the source and post it later unless someone else knows it

3
Toughsky_Shitsky 3 points ago +6 / -3

I know that the left has been bashing anti-vaxxers since about 2018 .. very likely for the purpose of setting up the shame motivation to shove this poison into our veins. Trump took the bait and is running with it like a fucking Marlin.

13
sun_wolf 13 points ago +13 / -0

The right used to bash on this one too. At a certain point I didn’t even really have an opinion on the issue, but I noticed that just asking very basic, common sense questions about vaccines would cause meltdowns in people on the left and the right. That’s when I knew something was up. It’s not normal to fanboy for vaccines.

4
Kingoftheroad 4 points ago +4 / -0

Ya I dont know why...I guess because they constantly bashed about that just like everything else and said it couldn't be done and we wouldn't have any vaccines until the summer 2021 so he holds it as an accomplishment. Funny how you're downvoted cuz you said something negative about him that IS a negative. Sorry to the dissenters but these vaccines are not for our benefit our our health, they are part of a push to get vaccine passports out, and should NOT be praised at all. The part where he got it done when they said he couldn't, that's different.

0
StrongIsland 0 points ago +1 / -1

Didn’t Fauci predict that Trump would have a pandemic durning his presidency? Or was that BG... can’t recall, but no way PDJT didn’t know they were “predicting a pandemic”

1
Kingoftheroad 1 point ago +1 / -0

To the first part, yes that was extremely fishy but wasn't picked up very much. Fauci said in 2017 "this administration" will face a pandemic. How the hell would he know THIS administration (Trump's) would face a pandemic meaning definitely....How can anyone say such a thing with a specific time frame and with such certainlty???

Look I am as biased as they come but I'll say it anyway:

I get what you're both saying and ultimately you're right, Trump made the decision. But if I had to guess, I'd bet Trump said something to the effect of "Are you fucking nuts? Close the country? Are you faggots insane?" And had about 30 cucks talk him out if it.

11
Saltyminer11 11 points ago +13 / -2

Totally. I remember standing there thinking: Dude fucking do something about fauci!!!! He's stabbing us all in the back!! Like watching a wrestling match and the bad guy gets an object from his shorts and the audience is screaming at the ref!!!! I have never felt so helpless. Trump was really the only one between us and fauci and he let fauci ass rape everybody in this country. I get teary eyed thinking about it.

8
Toughsky_Shitsky 8 points ago +10 / -2

Avoiding responsibility for actions of your employee never makes for good leadership .. and everyone can see it, whether you think you're fooling them or not.

Trump was Fauci's and Birx's boss. Pretty weasel of him to blame these assholes now when he could have fired them on their first inconsistent statement while the country was shut down.

That has been there since thedonald was on Reddit. That was the original point of this site

no shit

not very conservative of you

I want to conserve the Constitution and vision of the Founding Fathers, not the Trump worship. We are the spirit of MAGA - Trump served his purpose, but unfortunately wasn't the leader we elected him to be.

2
JSullz59 2 points ago +4 / -2

Which founding fathers? They had a diverse opinion on the development of America.

MAGA goes against a lot of the founding fathers principles of economic development. I'll be the first in line to support and defend economic nationalism but manufacturing wasn't all of their prerogative. Hell industrialism was barely a thing.

Sure Bill of Rights Freedom of Speech and Assembly but if anything both of those happen with Antifa daily compared to conservative groups and this site criticizes them.

The issue is 2A gives the right to keep and bear arms. Not use arms. The left uses their Speech and Assembly more effectively than the right uses their arms.

Trump might have not been the leader you hoped for but the citizens who support the movement arent the citizenship you hope for either.

1
JSullz59 1 point ago +3 / -2

yup, its a crying shame because after 2016 he said we need to clean up the elections, and he kept yapping about all the illegals voting, and he won the popular, and then he did absolutely NOTHING to fix the problems. And assholes like Mr. CIA Pompeo completely abdicated his responsibility. The entire gov. despised Trump, and basically removed him at all costs.

1
krzyzowiec 1 point ago +1 / -0

What should he have done? How could it be accomplished given the current status of the federal and state governments?

1
Pumpitrealgood 1 point ago +1 / -0

sure, for starters Sign an EO stating you can not vote without state issued ID, sign another EO prohibiting all machine tabulation systems, that only hand ballots with verifiable addresses can be used. After showing the ID you have to fill out your address in a legible way, if your ballot can not later be verified your vote might be tossed. Sign an EO that each voter has the right and ability to check his her vote online within 1 week after all voting has stopped. The moment he stepped into office he could have done that, and today he would still be in office.

2
krzyzowiec 2 points ago +2 / -0

Sorry but that's voter suppression and a total violation of the Civil Rights Act. You're going to have to go to court to prove you're not a racist, and we own the courts, so GL with that.

Edit: Oh another thing, you are interfering in a state's right to conduct its own elections. The state legislature is the only entity that can determine the appropriate procedures to follow. I know this does not apply in the case that Democrats running the local elections want to invent new rules on how to handle mail-in ballots, but you're a Republican and you need to strictly follow the laws of our great country. Sorry bigot.

You do realize that Trump won in a landslide though, right? If the election was about votes, then obviously Trump was successful because he won the most votes, by a lot. But cheating puts the whole thing on another level. It doesn’t make sense to blame “conspiracy theories” or “spicy memes” or “coronovirus response” for the election loss, since it was a fraud. And yeah, I cannot understand why Trump didn’t secure the election, since everyone saw this coming. So I think it is fair to say he didn’t secure the election, but the idea that he did something to not win the votes? No. He won the votes.

1
krzyzowiec 1 point ago +1 / -0

How does he “secure the election”? At some level this requires a cooperative court or law enforcement, right? Or agreeable governors and state legislators, at least.

1
sun_wolf 1 point ago +1 / -0

I agree that if the entire machine is against you as President, and people refuse to follow your orders, then yeah, there isn’t much you could do. But I really thought before the Election that Trump should use the military to fortify it. Use “Russia” as the excuse. “We cannot let Putin hack the election again.” And then order two soldiers to monitor every polling place on Election Day. They do not touch the ballots, they do not count the ballots, they do not do anything but observe, but they have full access to go anywhere and keep an eye on it all. This could be naive, but I feel like the military would have had the authority to keep things under control. And I think it would have been harder to cheat when the military is standing right there, watching. Trump even said in a rally after the election that he considered doing this but was advised against it. He even said that might have been a mistake.

krzyzowiec 1 point ago +1 / -0

I know but it's the same thing there imo. The "military leaders", the Obama-appointed joint chiefs, etc. would start complaining to the media about how Trump was abusing the military and how they would "not stand" for the use of the military for political purposes.

I think the rank and file are fine, but they won't be calling the shots. Then various governors and state officials that are in the pocket of the deep state will come out of the woodwork and reject the federal interference in their local election process.

And I think it would have been harder to cheat when the military is standing right there, watching. Trump even said in a rally after the election that he considered doing this but was advised against it. He even said that might have been a mistake.

I read the same account of Patrick Byrne. He seems like a very intelligent man, but a bit naive. I recall him saying that the lawyers who opposed the plan of he and Flynn suggesting that it be the FBI or DHS to oversee the process instead of the national guard, and they AGREED. I was thinking, "wow they could not be even more telegraphic if they tried". The only reason some obstructionist lawyers would suggest DHS or FBI oversight instead of the national guard is because they know those agencies are in their pocket.

There was no way Trump was going to overcome that situation. He simply did not have the support he needed in the key places that were required. I think his goal now is sound though. He's trying to get trustworthy people elected so that this won't happen again. I just don't think it will be done within four years, personally speaking. I did not realize the extent of the corruption until this election. It is massive and at nearly every level of government. It tells me that people are getting filthy rich from the status quo and don't want it to be changed. Zuckerburg literally paid out $500 million to local officials in probably the most brazen bribery I've ever seen... I mean it was actually ADVERTISED by the media and no one blinks.

It will take generations to undo the corruption if at all. People are too brainwashed and pliable to change anything right now.

What is conspiracy about him hosting up and coming Republicans? What is the conspiracy about him helping up and comers rally against the swamp in office? Perhaps you misunderstand my "running shit" comment.

He is loyal to the wrong people.

I get it, they are individuals he talks to every day...

But I remember when he was asked to disavow the Proud Boys and he said that he did not even know who they were, but he disavowed them.

He called everyone to DC on the 6th, and then he and his people called us all the same things that the left did. The whole event, not just the people who went into the Capitol. I expected it from the left. I expected it from the rinos. I never expected it from him. Felt like being stabbed in the back with a twisted blade.

He disavows American patriots at the behest of those who would see America burn.

Again. I get it. He had everyone against him. He was up against the wall.

He did a lot of good. He showed so many people just how bad it was. He showed people that government can get things done, they just choose not to.

I truly believe that he loved America, and I would give about anything to get him back.

But the 3 things that I think he dropped the ball on are getting conned into the Covid/ vaccine scam, trusting the wrong people to have around him, and disavowing his supporters when he was pressed to.

I have to weigh in on this. I absolutely LOVE DJT. HOWEVER, why is he bashing these two people now? Where was his criticism when he had them up there EVERY F&*^% DAY? He put them out there as experts and we all listened to them as we were locked down in our homes in fear.

Monday morning quarterbacking about these two idiots is not productive and it's actually pissing me off. Sometimes, we have to criticize the criticizer.

-3

Fauci's the most qualified person. It made sense to put him there.

Bashing these 2 now is retaliatory, since they bashed DJT recently.

As much as I enjoyed reading this, it was also partly frustrating. One of the worst aspects of the Trump administration was its failure to utilize the power it held.

13
Sting 13 points ago +19 / -6

NO. There never should’ve been a compromise.

No, at all. Not one school child should be sitting behind a glass barrier with a mask on their fucking little precious face. None of this should’ve happened. None of it. Governors destroyed their own states and violated the Constitution radically to do so. They should’ve been arrested. We should not have been talking about “states rights” to justify what happened. It was illegal and unconstitutional. They should be sitting in prison.

The election went unprotected and it was stolen and the people who told concerned conservatives just shut the fuck up when they brought up the completely wide-open security system of the election should be shamed out of this community. Completely. Anyone that told us to shut up and sit down instead of pressuring the president to do the right thing should be driven out of places like this. They are beyond useless, they are less than worthless. Qfags and morons should have no place here.

The people who ended up being right, right all along, were banned instead.

Any one of you motherfucking cuts who called those people “doomers” should be beaten.

Guess you forgot how even people here were crying in terror at the start of the pandemic? Oh it’s easy to talk trash now about how “it’s just a cold”, but I remember when doing that on this board would invite attack.

Even here people follow a herd mentality, and out there it’s far worse. Trump’s own supporters would have crucified him if he pretended like the pandemic was no big deal.

They get congressional appropriations for AIDS and vaccines in Africa, pay off the local mayors or dictator to funnel the money back into, foundations or bank accounts and whoever else they need to bribe.

It’s one of the backbones of the deep state.

Coreys Digs has done a lot of research on it, as well as Amazing Polly

7
DZP1 7 points ago +7 / -0

It's been super clear that Fauci is a bullshitter, a longtime Deep State asset, and probably knowingly acted to set up the Great Reset. In short, a traitor working for the elite or whoever deliberately set up the plandemic. I'm fairly sure he knew the covid tests produced unreliable phony results but he pushed it to move the agenda along.

6
Sumarongi 6 points ago +6 / -0

They based the Covid scam off of the AIDS scam, PCR test and all.

AIDS was ‘supposed’ to cross over into the general population, and create the NWO ‘pandemic’. It didn’t work out because half of the population was monogamous and didn’t give a shit and the other half that was promiscuous saw it partially for the the scam that it was. ‘Ooh just wear a condom’

Meanwhile the AIDS vaccine was garbage and Birx and Redfield were caught fibbing the data.

So they had a few good dry run.

3
CuomoisaMassMurderer 3 points ago +3 / -0

You have the right idea but you need to ratchet up your recognition of evil by about 1000x.

15 years ago Fauci knew how to beat this. He opposed doing what was best for the public health. He's in on it, part of big pharma. And they're killing as many of us as possible.

7
spezisthedevil 7 points ago +7 / -0

Fraudci and Scarf-Lady BTFO, which is great, but the god emperor needs to start distancing himself from these Franken-shots. They are an untested gene therapy, not a vaccine. When shit hits the fan even worse than it already has President Trump is going to wish he let these globohomo pharma-peddlers take all the credit.

6
bck- 6 points ago +6 / -0

I think one of Trump's biggest mistakes was giving Dr. Fauci a platform to begin with. He should have had a team of doctors together rather than a single one, because the MSM clung to Fauci immediately and it would have been horrible optics for Trump to get rid of him which is why he ultimately kept him on.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +2 / -1

Fauci's supposed to know what he's doing. He actually does, he's just evil.

6

6

0
CuomoisaMassMurderer 0 points ago +1 / -1

Could he even have fired him though? Look into what it takes to fire a federal employee.

0
Captainlizard 0 points ago +1 / -1

I haven't looked into if it is possible for a president to fire a bureaucrat that isn't appointed or not, but I would imagine it is quite difficult. Assuming he couldn't fire him, which I am willing to accept, his statement should have said as much instead of "I kept them on because they served in government so long". That line just looks stupid and I am fairly certain Trump would have fired Fauci if he was told it was legally possible, so why not just admit it.

6
whippeat 6 points ago +6 / -0

This is spot on

It’s totally fine to be wrong. Most of us had bad predictions early on in the pandemic. The data was a mess. Models were useless.

Problem with Fauci is the hubris and self-promotion. Guy is loving the attention and it’s gone to his head, especially when CNN started cutting Trump’s speeches but showing Fauci’s.

6
DrainNIH 6 points ago +7 / -1

In a rare move, President Trump pulls the curtain aside to reveal how the two paragons of Medical Establishment virtue are actually nothing more than incompetent, self-serving mini-tyrants around whom he had to navigate to successfully fight the pandemic. God how I love our President 45.

6
Pumpitrealgood 6 points ago +7 / -1

this is the one thing that pisses me off about Trump. He knew the scamdemic was a hoax from the start. He also knew that HCQ, and other medicines are perfectly fine remedies. When you have remedies, and you make them available you eradicate the virus, no need for lock-downs, no need for masks, no need for any of it, and especially NO NEED for experimental vaccines. I understand now that the vaccine is out he wants to take credit for it, if it restores sanity, but I am thinking he doesn't fully understand the agenda behind the vaccines, complete medical tyranny and control.

6
Timmy100 6 points ago +6 / -0

Trump was almost completely an outsider to DC circles. So he had to try to trust somebodies in the system to get things done at least partly. Very often that somebody was corrupted, self-serving pos. Then the corrupt system threw him out via the fraudulent elections.

6
Lonnie62 6 points ago +6 / -0

I heard Fuck Face Fauci trying to take credit for the vaccine today. I’m not a fan of the shot and think I will rely on my T-Cells to protect me but Trump was the one who got the vaccine out not Fuck Face!!! What a Joke!

You know Trump, we all agree with you on this. But you hired them, and kept them on board. Shouldn't you of fired them, and got better people in their spots? And why the phuck do you keep that slimy back stabber son in law of yours around? If you run again, please for the love of all keep him away from anything to do with your new administration, or any political dealings. The buck stopped with you, some of the people you keep around I just don't get it. Am I wrong guys? Geez.
