It's how they test the test. If it doesn't register the positive control swab it means they could be getting false negatives from people who are infected. Likewise, the negative control is to make sure it's not picking up false positives.
If this is legit, then they arent even using the pcr test. They are just adding some chemicals to get the result they want. Fuck i just described liberal science 🤣
Looks like they sealed already tested swabs, with the results labeled on the pack. They didn't merely throw out the swabs in the lab, they are reseald amd labeled.
