There are a lot of fence-sitters who just have a gut personal dislike for Trump and/or a history of identifying with the Democratic party, who are very unhappy with the "Biden-Harris" administration's performance so far, and very concerned about Biden's obvious dementia. If those people perceive the pro-Trump/MAGA community as potential allies, many of them may jump off the fence into the pro-Trump/MAGA community, and make a big difference in the outcome of the 2022 midterm elections. If they perceive the pro-Trump/MAGA community as mostly a bunch of nutjobs who are quick to believe every wild tale that supports what they want to believe, they'll stay on the fence or sit out the midterm elections.

He is not well-educated (formally or informally), and I think he's quite sincere, but also not able to understand the complexities of the relevant legal issues and procedures. I think he's susceptible to believing the same kind of simplistic "evidence" that a lot of less-educated Trump supporters are susceptible to believing. A lot of the information he presented in his documentary/expose re election fraud ("Absolute Proof") was legitimate, but most of it was just circumstantial evidence, unaccompanied by the necessary proof-type evidence.
And the stuff from Mary Fanning, claiming to "prove" that the election process was being directly manipulated from foreign countries, by showing a map with lots of lines purporting to show internet traffic to and from Dominion machines, is just flat-out nonsense. At most, it is circumstantial evidence that at least some Dominion machines were connected to the internet while in use for voting and/or tabulation, which they weren't supposed to be. But once any computer is connected to the internet, that kind of transoceanic e-traffic is just normal, and proves nothing about the content, intention, or effects of the people or machines generating the traffic.

The Constitution never even considered this. The Supreme Court can't rule on a law that doesn't exist.
The only thing they can do is accept the validation, right or wrong, made by Congress.
