Heavenly Father thank you for another day full of blessings and challenges. Continue to awake your children and help them rise to there calling from you. Help guide each of us into our best possible selfs. If we are able to do more to help, give us strength to complete the task, and the knowledge of what it is. We love you Lord and are forever yours. Haha not great just human. Everything great about me belongs to God. Without him I would be just as broken and lost as everyone else. But through christ I gain my strength. Of course my friend. And prayer is like a muscle you have to build it. We have a 5pm pst prayer where we all pray for 1 min. I used to be like you so I'm just speaking from experience I have had. Start small and dont worry if you say the same things. Just each time you pray be aware and try to add one random thing each time. I have my go to phrase I use so dont feel every prayer has to be different. Most importantly is remember prayer is just a chat with God. There is no wrong way. It's about dedicate even 10 seconds to just In your head say thank you.
Oh and the greatest way I have improved is sharing them with you guys here. I do prayer threads every day if u wanna add a prayer on it to start building ur prayer muscle.
