I am writing to ask you to formally reject any form of Covid vaccine passport. I applaud how you have managed our state's Covid response. Now is the time to get in front of those who would use this crisis to curb our freedoms in a permanent way. Rejecting any form of Covid passport to enter a business, attend an event, or go to school would send a strong message that *****i is a free state that is open for business. Moreover, ***** values the freedom and privacy righte of its citizens.
I urge you to take a strong, pro-active stand against this unprecedented invasion of privacy and attempt to restrict citizen movement. Please consider:
*COVID-19, with a 99.7%-plus survival rate;
*A vaccine passport discriminates against those of us who have acquired immunity from having had the illness;
*There is no evidence that any form of Vaccine passport would provide anyone protection from the virus. It is clear that the virus is now endemic. A vaccine passport is a baldfaced attempt to force an experimental vaccine on an entire population and restrict movement
A vaccine passport is a radical invasion of privacy. We have a right to our medical privacy and having this information requird for entry to participate in daily activities is unthinkable.
Accordingly, I urge you to act proactively to protect *** citizens from this egregious threat to our freedom. Getting out in front of this issue will send a strong message and bring positive press to our state.
Finally, I am very concerned about the open Southern border that will bring Covid-positive migrants to our state. What can be done to protect our citizens from this new threat? Please do what you can to close ******** to the the influx of this absurd policy that puts all of us at risk.
