Does this mean anything? Historical death rate from 1989 to 2008 declined every year until 2009 when the annual death rate in the United States started to increase every year.

Congress passed Obamacare into law in December 2009, signed into law in March 2010. Despite the fact that premiums and deductibles went up significantly from 2010, it does not seem to have extended the lifespan of Americans.

Management at the health insurance companies went up significantly during this period.
