So what they are saying is they are going to regulate corporations who employ people, and retailers, to implement measures where they will not employ, or allow commerce interactions, with people who can't prove vaccination. This is how they get around the limitations of the government.
The Government can't tell you to get vaccinated. They can't bar you from places for not having it.
Private businesses however, can. The Government is BANKING on private businesses getting in line and doing this for them. This is the Government using private corporations as a proxy to push their agenda. And since there is a small amount of options in regards to plane travel, bus travel, train travel, they don't have to deal with a ton of companies and they don't need to intimidate or bully many CEO's.
They're going to normalize this, then they'll take it over completely. They're just using private companies to get their foot in the door. And once it gets opened, it never closes.
