What were once expected and required to be peaceful demonstrations have now become anarchy, the perpetrator tolerated as useful pawns of depraved politicians.
This change will not come from politicians. It must come from the criminology "science" that guides the model policies that shape police forces across the country. It must take on as a trend and place the politicians at odds with the consensus among police administrators and policy movers.
