This is exactly why I keep repeating the same old thing. If you demand freedom, there is no living with leftists. Their ideology is in diametric opposition to it. Once you accept that basic reality, it's clear the only two alternatives to totalitarianism are secession or war.

That's just where we're at. The only question is whether or not enough people realize it before the noose is tightened so much that there are NO alternatives to totalitarianism.
