Can we charge them the room and board, food and other sundry expenses their ancestors didn’t pay? I’d also like to include transportation cost, too. We could at least deduct it from their reparation payments

I'm in favor of reparations with the stipulation they lose US citizenship and are permanently banned from ever coming back, and that goes for all future kids and family. Cheaper to pay them and get rid of them then let them leach off taxpayers indefinitely.
