This is fake.

It’s a printout of a picture somebody took of their computer screen. If it was printed directly from an app it wouldn’t be all blurry and have that funky dark moire background that’s caused by the pixels in your monitor.

Plus their immediate “thought” as soon as they pulled it from their mailbox is to take a picture of it to post on social media. They hadn’t even gotten the rest of their mail out yet. That’s suspect to me too, nicely staged.
