The Catholic church has been lost for decades, any Christian can find a better service that helping this corrupt institution of greed and sin.

At my (Catholic) church, they verbally encourage mask use, but don't enforce it all. Mask use is down to about 50 percent and staff is just as likely to be maskless as anyone else. It's going to depend a lot on your Bishop.

I’m gonna need more info. If this simple article is accurate then the pastor or the bishop can and should be disciplined. The church is a sanctuary. They are not allowed to bar entry. And Catholics have a metaphysical right to be there.

Research away! Like I said I am not a church-goer so my knowledge of this is not as profound as yours. I'm looking at this from a moral and humanitarian standpoint. I would like to compare this to the older lady that got thrown to the floor and handcuffed by a police officer while inside a Bank of America (Fuck you BOA!) because she refused to wear her mask even though it's no longer mandated in Texas. The officer was on a complete tyrannical rampage and used no tact to try and diffuse the situation. I just came back from a short trip to Florida and even though all the stores had "Mask Required" signs, nobody gave a crap if you wore them or not. In fact, even if I didn't have one on they still were polite and friendly to me. They still have not completely lost their minds and understand you are the customer and treated you with that respect.

My wife and I did look a bit further into this. Not done yet. But the detail that she was pregnant appears to be false. lol why lie about this in the story? So weird. Still it does seem like the pastor is wrong. Bigly. This is a severe fuck up

At my church masks are optional. 99 % of ppl don’t wear them. I’d leave that church if they required masks.

My husband and I found a Baptist church that never stopped services or Bible studies or church suppers because of the “pandemic.” Very few people wear a mask and everyone shakes hands and hugs. The services have been held outside and will continue to be because they have so many people going there now that the church can’t hold them all. The pastor calls out the evil in our society and culture in no uncertain terms. You know they’re serious in this church when they do full immersion baptism outside in 30 degree weather!

Alot of churches, and religions, are turning liberal, in a misguided attempt to gain members. They think liberals will start showing up if they start performing gay marriages, and say that abortion is acceptable.

Liberation theology has turned the Gospel from a message of personal salvation and transformation to a gospel of political social justice. No need to go to church anymore, just vote in the democrat agenda: open borders, massive welfare state, racial reparations etc to “save” the human race.

Can someone tell me why we are supposed to “back the blue” when they don’t back the public?

Watch some Audit the Audit and you'll see how faggoty the thin blue line is.

Imagine being a Catholic who recognizes the current Pope. If you're in Texas you should be a Southern Baptist.

I'm not a church-going person. To me, this isn't so much about the church it's just about humanity and dignity. I was a short time ago contemplating moving to Texas, however, I have been noticing a slow descend into a blue state for Texas. Recently in the last month, I have seen videos of cops strong-arming innocent civilians over not wearing a mask even though mask mandates have been removed. I have seen a natural disaster that has caused catastrophic damage, revealed crooked policies, that left the people paying thousands of dollars for a few hours of electricity, and a Governor who never did shit about it. Senator that almost bailed on his constituents when he could have easily sent his family off at the airport and turned around to go back and get to work. Also, let's not forget the humanitarian in Texas and the Governor still hasn't done anything major to help stop this. For this reason, I decided to move back to the real MAGA country, FLORIDA.

Yeah, Texas is barely clinging onto being red. The issue is the cities, especially Austin, they've become leftist hellholes. Academia is the root cause, as usual.

PorcupineKing [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

I agree. The major cities are absorbing a lot of liberal cancer coming in from California (perhaps a few other locations). The same thing is going to happen that has happened to California, the major cities are going to go blue and they are flip the state blue. The majority of the suburbs and country area of Texas will remain red but it will not help them because the city populations will always be greater in numbers. This is exactly what happens in California.

Universal suffrage democracy is a cancer. Leftists shouldn't be allowed to vote.

So, hang on... weren't mask mandates repealed in Texas? I'm confused.

2
PorcupineKing [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes but you still got leftist organizations deciding to enforce these mandates within their business and when you don't comply they call the cops on you and this Gestapo pound you down under the guise of enforcing a trespassing order.
