Given the lack of damage caused by the kneeling I think some of these witnesses will lose a degree of credibility when the jury compare their testimony to the actual facts.
This one lost credibility when she refused to believe the police called for medical assistance several minutes before she arrived, even though one of yesterday's prosecution witnesses confirmed those timings with a documentary record as further evidence.
Then she got told off by the judge, before some clown took a photograph. His treatment of that idiot was surprisingly lenient - he's coming across as very aware and very level headed so far.
