Incorrect.

It was GWB's brother. He was supposed to attend a dinner at the house of JH Jr's older brother. This dinner was cancelled as a result of the assassination attempt and never happened.

Both the Bush and Hinckley brothers worked in the oil industry in Denver and had relocated their businesses from Texas.
