I wouldn't have a problem with tolls...if they were replacing gas taxes. Instead, they're used to fund big government projects that nobody asked for.

Consider this, you need to cross those bridges just to get around inside the city limits. NJ is horse shit too. Between me and my wife, before the pandemic shut everything down, we were spending $1500 a month in car payments, insurance, gas and tolls.

NY is $30 no cash. You need to prepay your ezpass account as well or face penalty fees. So it charges your credit card how much they estimated you will travel and if it’s wrong you get charged more
