2980 Professor brags in front of a mainland Chinese audience that China has successfully “copied its way to the world’s front row.” “We plagiarized wildly, copied wildly.” “What intellectual property rights? What patented technology? We’ll get it first and deal with it later.” (www.theepochtimes.com) posted 17 days ago by alisaquilae100 17 days ago by alisaquilae100 +2980 / -0 238 comments share 238 comments share save hide report block hide child comments Comments (238) sorted by: top new old worst You're viewing a single comment thread. If you can cheat creatively and get away with it, that should be as commended as doing it the right way. They don't even see it as a "right way" and a "wrong way" though. They are equally valid. They don't attach morality to work like we do. If the goal is to do X, then there is no wrong way to get to X. Only that you got there. If someone chooses not to cheat, lie, steal, etc to reach their goal, they are lazy, uninspired, unmotivated. No points for morality. permalink save report block reply ▲ 3 ▼ – memechallenger33 3 points 16 days ago +3 / -0 Sounds consistent with what I have heard from reliable sources. permalink parent save report block reply
