There is a growing "house church" movement- people that are looking for more than "going to church" ...which is a misnomer. Sincere people want to BE the church, not attend "services" in a building. It's about connecting with people in family and community, and engaging others by helping, caring for and being involved in their community. The covid restrictions exposed fully how easily the American church model can be shut down as Church Leadership bowed to the restrictions. You don't have that when you meet in houses.
